Actors to be used within the rock music video

When creating our main story line, we felt that we needed a variety of actors to be used within our final rock music video. This is due to the fact of that we have created a wide range of characters to be involved with the final product such as a geek, a gay, and an emo. We shall be looking round our institution to see who would look the most appropriate for this style of role and who would be willing to be involved an take time out of their busy schedule to help us in the two days of shooting.

 Ben Thorogood is a member of our media group and someone who has had experience in the acting profession for a number of years. Even though he is within our media group and has been creating the final story line to our music video, we felt that because he is in a band himself then he would look more natural when playing the drums in the video. Within the music video Ben will also have to take on one of the roles of the stereotypical characters.

Elliot Humbles ( to the left) is another member of group, within the group we have decided for him to play the " nerd" character within the rock music video. He will be the main guitarist for the band shots as he has experience playing the guitar before and would understand what notes to play when listening to the track before shooting the final product. Elliot has helped out a lot with the production side of the music video by creating the script and shot types to be used within the final rock music video.

Luke Doyle is one of our members of the groups brother. He himself studied media before and has an interest in rock music. We felt that his image would be a great one to use, his vocal and guitar talent will be used quite frequently during this music video. However he shall not be used as one of the stereotypical characters as we want to use him mainly in the rock band to show his relationship between himself, the band members and even the young female.






I will be involved within this music video as playing the main character of the young female. I am involved with the media group too by putting my ideas forward about the main story line and the process around our music video. I have been an actor for many years now and I feel that my talent on acting will be shown through the use of this music video.













To the left is the final actor we are going to be using within our rock music video. Becky Doyle. She is a member of the media group and has been helping out with the creation of this music video. Her main feature within this video will be to be one of the main band members to which she will have to play the electric guitar. We felt that Becky would fit in rather well with this style of video due to her knowledge of rock music videos and playing the guitar. She will be used on both days for the band shots and the narrative shots.
